Geek Tutorial: How to install and configure Kodi on your PC

Kodi is the most popular media center in the world and probably the largest community… but there are other alternatives . Despite being well known, the truth is that there are many users who have never tried this fabulous media center and have no idea how it works.

Today we show you what to do after installing the famous Kodi.

The Kodi is one of the most versatile multimedia players today. With it, the user can play virtually all content. In addition, Kodi can be installed on virtually all operating systems and even runs on our PiPplware .

How to install Kodi on PC?

• Installing Kodi on a PC / Mac is quite simple. For this tutorial we will use a Macbook Pro as a machine. The first step is then to get Kodi here and then install it like any other application.
• Install add-ons
• Kodi add-ons are like applications on our smartphone. There are add-ons for photos, video, music, etc.
• To get started select one of the following categories: Pictures, Videos, Music (for this tutorial we will choose video). After selecting Video choose Video add-ons .
• By clicking on Options , you should choose Get more…
• Inside you will find several add-ons that you can install right away. Let's choose, for example, 9GAG.TV and see how to set it up.
• To do this simply select the add-on that you want…
• … And then click Install .

Then you should go back to the add-ons and click on the already installed add-on to configure it.
Then choose a content and then make the required settings (eg region and language).
And it's done… after the previous settings the content is ready to play according to the settings we have chosen.
